The JUNO J5 is the most affordable mouthpiece in the Vandoren range, made specifically for students and beginners in their first years of Bb clarinet playing. It’s designed to feel easy straight away, with a natural response and a round, centred tone that stays steady across the full range (including the upper register).

Made in France, the J5 is produced to the same quality and safety standards as other Vandoren products. It’s crafted from a food-contact-certified synthetic (acrylic) material and is compliant with EN 71-3 toy safety standards — a reassuring choice for schools, rental fleets, and new players.

Instead of traditional cork, the J5 uses two food-grade silicone O-rings for a reliable seal and simpler care. The synthetic body is also practical for everyday student use and safe to store in the case.
