Delivery Options

At Ev-Entz Music, we understand how exciting it is to receive your new musical gear, and we’re here to make that experience as smooth and stress-free as possible! As a family-run business, we care about getting your order to you quickly and safely. Below you'll find all the details about our delivery options.

Couriers We Trust

To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we exclusively use Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS, FedEx, and DHL—trusted names in reliable delivery.

UK Delivery Charges

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 business days): £4.99 (Free on orders over £199)
  • Express Delivery (1–3 business days): £15.00
  • Large Item Delivery (20kg and up): £15.00

International Delivery Charges

  • Europe (2–11 business days):
  • Canada, Switzerland, USA (3–17 business days):
  • Norway (3–17 business days): kr 450.00

For our international customers, we offer set shipping rates but are always happy to provide custom quotes for special orders. Please note that import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Pallet Shipping for Large Items

Some of our larger items, like timpani or big second-hand goods, need a little extra care. For these, we use pallet shipping, and we'll provide a tailored shipping quote once you place your order.

How We Process Your Orders

Scenario 1 – 'In-Stock' Items (At Our Warehouse)

  • Place your order before 2 PM, and we’ll pack and ship it the same day!

Scenario 2 – 'Available From Supplier' Items

  • If an item is marked 'Available From Supplier,' it might take a few extra days as we bring it in from our trusted suppliers.
  • Shipping costs for these items might be different from our standard rates, and the exact cost will be shown at checkout.
  • To avoid delays, we may send in-stock items separately so you can start enjoying your gear sooner!

Scenario 3 – 'Special Order' Items

  • Special Orders can take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
  • Once we know the delivery timeline from our supplier, we’ll let you know by email or phone.
  • We may send in-stock items first so you don’t have to wait.

Packaging and Insurance

  • New items are carefully packed in their original packaging, with extra protection if needed.
  • Second-hand and ex-display items may not have original packaging, but we’ll make sure they’re packed securely.
  • Every order is fully insured until it’s signed for. Please check your package before signing or mark it as 'UNCHECKED' if you can't inspect it right away.
