1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all transactions placed online, by email, telephone, or by post with EV-ENTZ.CO.UK LIMITED. All contracts will be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
1.2 By using this site, you agree to these terms and conditions. All transactions with EV-ENTZ.CO.UK LIMITED will be governed by them.
1.3 References to 'the company,' 'us,' or 'we' refer to EV-ENTZ.CO.UK LIMITED. References to 'the customer' or 'you' refer to the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods or services from the company.
1.4 All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and include UK VAT at the current rate unless stated otherwise.
2. Orders
2.1 We accept orders through various methods: online (secure server), telephone, post, email, or in person at our store.
2.2 Once an order is placed online and payment is received, the item is considered ordered. The order is no longer an offer once payment is exchanged.
2.3 We will confirm your order by email once payment has been made.
2.4 All orders, whether placed in-store, by telephone, via our website, or through any other permitted method, are subject to these Terms and Conditions. A contract between you and us is formed when we either:
- (i) Dispatch the goods to you; or
- (ii) Provide the goods to you at our trade counter.
2.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product availability, inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing, or errors made during the order process.
2.6 We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
3. Payment
3.1 We accept all major credit/debit cards, including PayPal and Klarna. All card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If payment is not authorized, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. No order will be processed or dispatched without valid payment.
4. Delivery
4.1 Items will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours. We may need to verify that the new delivery address matches the billing address or conduct security checks with your bank to prevent fraud.
4.2 We aim to dispatch in-stock items on the same day. If an item is not in stock, it will be backordered, and you will be contacted to confirm if you are happy with the expected wait time. If not, we will offer an alternative product or provide a full refund.
4.3 Upon receiving your delivery, please inspect the items for any damage. You have 3 days from the date of delivery to report any damage to us.
4.4 If the goods delivered are damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note, or do not match what was ordered, you must notify us within three working days of receipt. If no notification is made within this timeframe, the items will be deemed satisfactory. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss due to late delivery or failure to deliver by the carrier.
4.5 For international deliveries: If the value of goods exceeds €150 (£135), the recipient must pay any local VAT prior to delivery. The carrier will contact them to arrange payment. VAT is calculated as: Value of Item + Shipping Cost x VAT Rate of Destination Country.
4.6 Items must be returned to us in their original, unopened condition, with the customer/recipient responsible for return shipping costs. For international returns, the customer/recipient covers all shipping costs.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Items can be returned for a refund if you contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. The item must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging, and only subjected to normal use for evaluation. A restocking fee of 5-10% will apply for unwanted items. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
5.2 If you prefer to exchange your item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving it, provided it meets the return conditions outlined below.
5.3 Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
- Special-order items requested by the customer may only be returned at the discretion of management.
- Custom-made or modified items are non-refundable.
- Items with hygiene concerns (e.g., earphones, clothing) may only be returned if the packaging is factory-sealed and unopened.
- Software and licensed products may only be returned if the packaging is unopened. Digital software licenses are non-refundable once the license key has been applied.
- We reserve the right to offer a partial refund if the returned item is damaged, devalued, used beyond reasonable normal use, or missing original content or packaging.
5.4 Delivery Charges for Returns:
- Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for any delivery costs associated with returns or exchanges. We offer collection from your address for £20 per parcel; however, costs for heavy or bulky items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges may apply for failed collection attempts due to unavailability.
- You may choose to return the item using your own delivery method (preferably tracked and insured). Please contact us for the necessary returns documentation.
- Original shipping charges and any additional charges for premium delivery services (e.g., Saturday delivery) are non-refundable. For faulty items, a full refund will be provided, although we will first attempt to repair or replace the item based on your preference.
6. Cancelling An Item
6.1 You have the right to cancel the contract up to 7 working days from the day after delivery.
6.2 To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us by hand, post, or email, providing details of the goods ordered and their delivery. Notification by phone is not sufficient.
6.3 If you cancel after the goods have been delivered, you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown in the returns section of our website. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. For faulty or mis-described goods, we will either collect the goods from you or ask you to return them in accordance with our Returns procedure.
6.4 Once you notify us of the cancellation, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sums paid or debited from your credit card for the goods.
6.5 You do not have the right to cancel the contract for the following items:
- 6.5.1 All microphones, in-ear earphones, in-ear monitors, and any other items that touch your mouth, nose, or inner ear.
- 6.5.2 Bespoke orders and products requiring fixed installation.
- 6.5.3 DVD, audio, and software products where the item has been unsealed.
7. Products
7.1 Products are sold singly unless otherwise stated. Every effort is made to ensure the colors depicted on the site match as closely as possible to the actual product. Due to technical limitations, some colors may vary.
8. Guarantee
8.1 All products are guaranteed for a period of twelve months from the date of the original invoice, unless otherwise stated. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accidents, neglect, misuse, and fair wear and tear. In the event of a warranty claim, please return the item with a copy of the original receipt to:

9. Pricing and Print Errors
9.1 Prices and specifications are checked to the best of our ability. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, we accept no responsibility for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without notice.
10. Ownership of Goods
10.1 All items supplied to the customer remain the property of EV-ENTZ.CO.UK LIMITED until full payment has been received.
11. Complaints
11.1 Any complaints can be sent to the address below. We will endeavor to address your complaint as soon as possible. If immediate resolution is not possible, we will advise you of a likely timescale and keep you informed of any investigation.
