The exclusive Yamaha tuning method guarantees perfect pitch and a full, balanced sound. The high-quality Rosewood bars produce a classic tone, while the cut-away resonators with a 3-position tracking system offer adjustable height and tone control. The instrument is designed with durable, nut/bolt and welded resonators and thicker walls to enhance the tone and prevent any rattling during play. With graduated bars for consistent projection and an adjustable frame for a comfortable playing position, this marimba is built for convenience. Plus, hinged resonators, rails, and a two-piece crossbar make assembly and disassembly simple, and the oversized casters allow for easy transport on any terrain.
