What does it actually sound like?
Birch gives the Stage Custom a focused attack, clear tom response and a punchy bass drum sound. It is not a dull beginner kit; it has enough definition for recording and enough projection for live playing, while still being easy to tune and control.
Who is this version for?
The 20" Fusion configuration is a slightly more compact Stage Custom setup. It is a strong choice for schools, smaller stages, recording, jazz, pop, function work and players who want a kit that is easier to place and control.
Choose this version over the 22" Rock kit if you want a smaller bass drum, a tighter footprint and a setup that is easier to manage in compact rooms.
