Yamaha CSM-1450 AII 14x5 inch Snare Drum, Maple shell in Natural Vintage finish

 

These maple shell models are made with 8 plies and are based on the design of the GS Series. They offer exceptional attack and versatility for various performance situations. With a revised shell design, these drums produce a warm tone with excellent snap and clarity thanks to the thicker 8-ply maple shell. The Q Type Strainer makes it easy to quickly and quietly tighten or release the snares. These drums also come with coated straight cable snares that are perfectly matched to the drum's head for superior sound. An extra deep snare bed ensures excellent contact between the snares and bottom head for enhanced snare response. The new badge design adds a touch of sophistication to this series.
