This is a genuine vintage Hammond A100 tonewheel organ, complete with its full pedalboard and wooden stool.
The A100 is one of the classic Hammond consoles from the same family as the B-3 and C-3, with the big advantage of having its amplification, speakers and reverb built directly into the organ. In other words, you can get the proper electromechanical Hammond tonewheel sound without needing a separate speaker cabinet just to use it.
This particular example is a UK 230V model, manufactured by Hammond Organ (U.K.) Ltd., London under licence from the Hammond Organ Company. The identification plate gives serial number 232103.
It has two full 61-note manuals, the traditional Hammond drawbar system, preset keys, vibrato and chorus, touch-response percussion, expression control and a 25-note pedalboard. The A100 uses the same fundamental tonewheel system that made the classic Hammond consoles such an important part of jazz, blues, rock, soul and gospel music.
What does it actually sound like?
It's the sound people generally have in mind when they talk about a "proper Hammond": warm, slightly gritty electromechanical tone with a huge amount of control through the drawbars.
You can go from mellow jazz registrations through to brighter gospel, blues and rock sounds simply by changing the drawbar combinations, with percussion and vibrato/chorus adding another layer of character.
The A100 also has its own built-in speaker system and reverb, unlike a B-3 or C-3 which normally requires an external tone cabinet. Hammond's original specification lists two amplifiers feeding three 12" speakers, with approximately 27 watts of output.

Condition
This is a pre-owned vintage instrument and shows cosmetic wear appropriate to its age.
There are scratches, scuffs, small marks and areas of finish wear around the wooden cabinet, particularly to the sides and rear. The stool has considerably more visible surface wear and scratching across the top. The pedalboard also shows normal age-related wear.

Functionally, the organ has been tested and the keys, buttons and controls are working.

The original A100 documentation gives console dimensions of approximately 47.5" wide × 37.75" high × 25" deep, increasing to around 47.5" × 45.5" × 43" with the music rack and pedal arrangement in place.

Because of the size and considerable weight of a genuine A100, please bear this in mind when arranging collection or transport.
Who is it for?
This isn't really an organ for someone wanting a lightweight keyboard to put under their arm after a gig.
It's for somebody who wants the actual vintage Hammond mechanism — the tonewheel generator, real drawbars, dual manuals and pedalboard rather than a modern digital recreation. For a studio, church, rehearsal room, collector or Hammond player with the space for it, there's a lot of instrument here.
It's also an interesting proposition if you're eventually planning a traditional Hammond-and-Leslie setup, while still retaining the convenience of an organ that has its own built-in amplification.
