Tama Iron Cobra 900 Rolling Glide Single Pedal – Ex-Display – HP900RN

The Tama Iron Cobra 900 has been one of those bass drum pedals that drummers keep coming back to, and this Rolling Glide version is particularly nice if you prefer a smooth, predictable feel rather than a pedal that accelerates sharply towards the end of the stroke.

The round Rolling Glide cam keeps the action consistent throughout the pedal's travel, while Tama's Cobra Coil underneath the footboard helps bring the pedal back quickly without having to wind the main spring tension right up. Tama also gives you plenty of adjustment over beater and footboard position, so it can be set up to feel considerably different depending on how you play. Tama

This one is ex-display and has been assembled and displayed in store. There may be some light cosmetic marks from display, handling and demonstration, but nothing that affects normal operation. Please take a good look through the actual photographs for condition.

The original Tama Iron Cobra hard carry case is included.

What does it actually feel like?
The Rolling Glide is the smoother of the Iron Cobra 900 cam options. Rather than deliberately increasing leverage towards the end of the stroke, its round sprocket gives a more even response from beginning to end. Tama describes it as giving a lighter, more controllable action, particularly useful if you like to feel exactly where the pedal is underneath your foot. Tama
