Ideal for players of all ages and styles, and popular with teachers and progressing students.These bows are consistently produced using a composite wood, with detailed frog sliders, mother of pearl inlays, and ebony and white copper fittings. The octagonal sandalwood stick has a gentle curve and good springy tension to help with string crossing and various bowing techniques, and the lapping adds the correct weighting to the bow. They’re also fitted with white unbleached horsehair.Using the latest in lightweight materials, they’re light enough to reduce fatigue during long playing sessions, without compromising on tone or projection.Also available for violin, viola and French-style double bass.The MMX rangeMMX has been working with master luthier Guofang Wang and his family workshop for nearly a decade, producing a wide selection of orchestral stringed instruments.
