The Pro Signal PSG03433 is a compact 6.35mm (¼") stereo jack splitter lead that lets you plug two pairs of stereo headphones into a single 6.35mm stereo headphone output. 

It’s a short 150mm / 0.15m Y-lead with one male 6.35mm TRS stereo plug on one end and two female 6.35mm TRS stereo sockets on the other. That means no bulky adaptors hanging off the socket, and less strain on the output of your mixer, headphone amp, keyboard, digital piano, interface, practice amp, etc. 

The cable uses pure copper conductors to help maintain clean stereo audio and avoid the dull/lo-fi roll-off you often get with bargain splitters.
