Younger players should use them under supervision.How to playRest the bowl on the cushion in the palm of your hand. Tap the beater against the side of the bowl to ‘warm it up’, then rub the beater in a circular motion around the outside of the bowl. Use whole arm movements, like you are stirring a stew, and remember to apply pressure.What’s included?This set includes the Tibetan singing bowl and colourful cushion with wooden beater, all supplied in a handmade Himalayan lokta paper box. Printed on the box is a very brief history of the singing bowl, with advice on how to play and its suggested uses.
