Meinl Sonic Energy Wind Gong, 16"

The Meinl Sonic Energy Wind Gongs are handcrafted in China from a special bronze alloy. Known as Feng or Sun Gongs, their almost flat shape allows for wide vibration and a long sustain. These gongs produce a primarily low-pitched sound that can be enhanced with powerful playing, revealing rich overtones. Each gong comes with a size-appropriate beater.
