The Meinl Sonic Energy 10" TCM Crystal Singing Bowl Metal 288Hz is a high-purity quartz singing bowl inspired by the philosophy of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Developed with Woodie Wulin, Daoist priest and TCM sound therapy expert, this bowl is tuned to the Metal frequency of 288Hz, approximately D4 in 432Hz tuning.

Part of Meinl’s TCM Crystal Singing Bowl range, the Metal bowl is designed for sound therapy, meditation, relaxation, yoga and mindful sound work. Made from gemstone quartz, it produces a clear tone with extremely long-lasting resonance, allowing the sound and vibration to develop naturally during use.

The bowl is supplied with a silicone ring to keep it stable while playing and to help it resonate freely.
