1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all transactions placed online, by email, telephone, or by post with EV-ENTZ.CO.UK LIMITED. All contracts will be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

1.2 By using this site, you agree to these terms and conditions. All transactions with EV-ENTZ.CO.UK LIMITED will be governed by them.

1.3 References to "the company," "us," or "we" refer to EV-ENTZ.CO.UK LIMITED. References to "the customer" or "you" refer to the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods or services from the company.

1.4 All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and include UK VAT at the current rate unless stated otherwise. For international customers, prices may be displayed in local currencies depending on your location and our supported regions. VAT or local sales tax may be collected at checkout in certain countries, including the European Union, Norway, Canada, and others, based on local tax regulations and market settings.

1.5 Please note: any additional import duties, customs fees, handling charges, or clearance costs applied by your destination country are not included in the checkout total and remain the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by local authorities and vary by region. EV-ENTZ.CO.UK LIMITED is not liable for delays or costs incurred due to customs clearance.

2. Orders

2.1 We accept orders through various methods: online (secure server), telephone, post, email, or in person at our store.

2.2 Once an order is placed online and payment is received, the item is considered ordered. The order is no longer an offer once payment is exchanged.

2.3 We will confirm your order by email once payment has been made.

2.4 A contract is formed between you and us when we:

(i) Dispatch the goods to you; or

(ii) Provide the goods to you at our trade counter.

2.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product availability, inaccuracies in product descriptions or pricing, or errors made during the order process.

2.6 We also reserve the right to cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.

3. Payment

3.1 We accept all major credit/debit cards, including PayPal and Klarna. All card transactions are subject to validation checks and authorization. No order will be dispatched without valid payment.

3.2 Payments via Klarna are subject to eligibility and approval. Klarna’s financing and “Pay Later” options are credit agreements. Late or missed payments may impact your credit score. See Klarna’s full terms at https://www.klarna.com/uk/terms-and-conditions/.

3.3 PayPal Credit

  • 3.3.1 We offer PayPal Credit, which provides 0% interest for up to 4 months on eligible purchases over £99.
  • 3.3.2 To use PayPal Credit, select PayPal at checkout and choose the "PayPal Credit" option. Approval is subject to PayPal’s eligibility checks and soft credit assessment.
  • 3.3.3 Interest may apply after the promotional period at PayPal’s standard variable rate (currently 23.9% APR typical variable).
  • 3.3.4 It is the customer’s responsibility to manage repayments in line with PayPal’s terms. Any disputes or issues with your finance agreement must be resolved directly with PayPal.

4. Delivery

4.1 Items will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Contact us within 24 hours to request any changes. We may request additional verification for address changes.

4.2 We aim to dispatch in-stock items the same day. If not in stock, you will be contacted with an expected wait time.

4.3 Upon receipt, please inspect your delivery immediately. Any damage in transit must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. This is essential to ensure we can file a valid claim with the courier. If damage is not reported within this timeframe, we regret that no compensation, replacement, or refund can be offered.

4.5 International Deliveries: Customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or VAT. These must be paid before delivery can be completed. We do not cover any customs charges.

4.6 Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 If you change your mind, contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

5.2 By purchasing from us, you accept that:

  • Original delivery charges will not be refunded for unwanted items.
  • You are responsible for return shipping.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the original delivery cost from your refund if the full order is returned.
  • We can arrange a return for a fee (usually £20 per parcel; heavier items may cost more).

5.3 If an item is found to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the circumstances and your preference.

If an item appears to be misdescribed, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will assess the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund, exchange, or return depending on the nature and extent of the discrepancy.

5.4 Conditions for returns:

  • Special-order items are returnable at our discretion.
  • Custom-built or modified items are non-refundable.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., earphones, in-ear monitors, clothing) must be factory-sealed and unopened.
  • Opened software and digital licenses are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds may be issued if items are damaged, incomplete, or used beyond reasonable evaluation.

6. Cancelling an Item

6.1 You have the right to cancel the contract up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

6.2 Cancellations must be made in writing via email or post. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.

6.3 If cancelled after delivery, you must return the goods at your own cost in a saleable condition. For faulty items, we will provide return options.

6.4 Refunds will be issued within 30 days of cancellation notice and item return.

6.5 Exclusions:

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., microphones, earphones)
  • Bespoke or installed items
  • Opened DVDs, software, or digital licenses

7. Product Information

7.1 Products are sold individually unless otherwise stated. Product images aim to be accurate, but colour and detail may vary depending on your display.

8. Guarantee

8.1 All products are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee, which typically ranges from 12 months to 5 years, depending on the brand and product type. If you experience any issues with an item purchased from us, please get in touch — we’re here to help and will do our best to resolve the situation. Manufacturer guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

9. Pricing & Print Errors

9.1 We are a small team managing thousands of products on our website, and while we do our best to ensure all prices and specifications are accurate and up to date, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice if inaccuracies are discovered.

9.2 In the event that a pricing error is identified after you place an order, we will always contact you to discuss the next steps. Depending on the situation, we may offer to honour the original price, request the balance for the corrected amount, or issue a full refund.

9.3 Most items physically in stock at our store (as opposed to stock held by a supplier) will not be subject to any price changes once your order has been confirmed and paid for.

10. Ownership of Goods

10.1 Title of goods does not pass to the buyer until full payment is received.

11. Complaints

11.1 For complaints, contact us at the address or email below. We aim to respond within 3 working days.

12. Stock Availability & Supplier Pricing Disclaimer

12.1 Our website shows live stock from both our warehouse and approved suppliers.

12.2 If an item is marked “in stock” but is available only via a supplier, pricing may be subject to change at short notice.

12.3 In these cases, we will contact you before fulfilment to confirm the updated cost. You may choose to continue, select an alternative, or cancel with a full refund.

13. Data Protection

13.1 Your personal information is used in accordance with the UK GDPR. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including profit loss, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use of our products or services.

15. Force Majeure

15.1 We are not liable for failure to perform due to events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport delays, pandemics, or supplier failures.

16. Amendments to Terms

16.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Shipping Charges & Fulfilment

17.1 We ship orders from our main warehouse in Newport and from several UK-based supplier warehouses. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the item ordered, your location, and the supplier responsible for fulfilment.

17.2 Typical delivery times:

  • UK Express: 1–3 business days
  • UK Standard: 2–4 business days
  • EU: 2–11 business days
  • North America/International: 3–17 business days

17.3 Free delivery thresholds (e.g., orders over £199) may vary depending on the supplier. Our system automatically applies the best available option.

17.4 Example charges include:

  • UK Standard: from £4.99, free over £199
  • EU: from £19.00 to £100+
  • North America: from £23.99
  • Norway: from kr 450.00
  • Ireland: from €35.00, free over €595

17.5 If you return an unwanted item that was shipped under a free delivery promotion, we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping cost from your refund.

17.6 Premium shipping charges (e.g., Saturday or timed delivery) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

17.7 We reserve the right to amend shipping charges without notice based on courier or supplier changes.
