An experienced session guitarist with a 1st Class Honours BA in Contemporary Music Performance, I have performed at festivals including Glastonbury, Green Man, Cambridge Folk Festival, Montreal and Lorient Interceltique Folk Festival. I teach guitar in a patient, clear and practical way, using simple examples to make musical concepts easier to understand and apply. My teaching experience ranges from primary school through to university level, as well as private lessons for students aged 7 to 60+. I cover rock, pop, folk, RnB, soul, blues, solo guitar, ambient styles and basic jazz, helping each student build confidence through small, achievable steps.
